The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company name, service choice, message and the language of the form. We use these details to answer your enquiry and discuss a possible project. Your name, email, service choice and message are needed to handle the enquiry; your company name is optional. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

When you request a quote or discuss a potential project, we process your details to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We handle other enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business questions. Our technical providers also process data such as IP addresses, browser information and technical logs for security and abuse prevention, based on our legitimate interest in protecting this website.

Who we share data with

We use specialist service providers for website hosting, security and spam prevention, email delivery and mailbox management. They process the data needed to provide those services.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Email delivery involves storing message content and delivery logs in the United States. The data processing terms provide for European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses for that transfer. How long we keep data

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your question and any agreed follow-up. If we work together, relevant records may also be kept as needed for the contract, legal obligations or a dispute. Technical providers have their own retention periods for security and delivery logs.
